Honestly the best movers I have ever had. These guys just made my moving experience a ton less stressful than in my previous moves.
First of all, I had a reservation for 8:00-9:00 AM, Sam, the guy who curated the whole move, called me 30 minutes in advance before the arrival, in addition they managed to ask for the parking instructions so that they could start moving faster. Which I think shows their professionalism and punctuality by showing up exactly at 8:00. Sam, instructed me on every paperwork, since I had to move from Walnut Creek to San Jose, and had to deal with such things as double driving time etc. He explained everything such that I had no headaches after signing all of the papers. By the way, it was a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment and Sam and Ali, finished the whole move in 5 hours which I believe is amazing result for 2 people with not the fastest elevator we had in our previous apartment complex. Furthermore, the guys were very polite and responsive with helping to move the furniture and boxes as my wife wanted, she even liked that they used shoe cover in our new place. Even the company itself had a really great customer service by providing all of the information ahead and giving the best quote that I have received. They are also keeping health and safety measures by wearing masks and gloves and even using sanitizers. Also, you had to check their T-shirt style, I liked the "CEO atmosphere" of the company.
Shout out to Sam and Ali for being great movers, and thank you for the great customer service!

I had such a positive experience with CEO MOVING. When I was interested in getting the quote, their manager made the process as easy as possible, I was helped and all my questions were answered thoroughly . A couple of day before the move, I received a text to confirm the date and time window of when to expect our movers.
On the morning of the move, their manager called to let me know they were on their way. Team showed up on time, took a quick tour of the apartment and got to work. They were fast and efficient. CEO team loaded up all of the boxes, disassembled the furnitures and wrapped everything carefully. Ali made sure to inform his team of the boxes that contained fragile stuff, computer and monitors so that they can be handled with EXTRA-CARE.
Once we have arrived at new location, there was no elevator so the team worked really hard to unload the stuff using narrow stairs.
They always made sure to ask my opinion on where I want the items to be placed. Pleasantly everything arrived in its original form and without any breakages or scratches.
CEO Moving was very professional, COVID-conscious (masks were worn all the time), friendly and reliable. Overall very pleased with the experience. I hope there is no need for me to move soon, but if I'll move ever again, CEO MOVING will be my first choice!

My move with CEO Moving during pandemic went extremely smoothly! Ali and his team were very fast and took great care of my items. I was impressed by how efficiently 3 men moved our 2 bd apartment into the truck and to our new home. Would definitely recommend them!
