Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. My advice is take advantage of my free workout and assessment. That alone is valued over $150.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. If I were a customer I wish I knew that nutrient dense foods makes all the difference in weight loss as well as weight gain.
The secret to both weight loss and weight gain is knowing what these specific foods are. Secondly, and equally important is knowing how to maximize the exercise routines, to an otimal my client's overall performance.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. I have over 30 years of personal experience if the fitness industry. I am a former Marine Sgt, H.S. Football and Track Star. I've been happily married for 33 years, I have two daughters, Spirit and Rainy.

A. The most rewarding part of my job is to see the results of my client's hard work.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. My favorite story is a client of mind who was afraid of doing chin ups. When she started she could barely do one assisted chin up. Now after six months she is doing 10 assisted chin ups.

A. I wish my clients kew that I'm am 100% dedicated to assisting them and I will always be there for them!

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I've always been fit and in the past have helped friends and family with their physical fitness. Then in 2008 I decided after turning 55 years old, to get certified and do what I always loved.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. One of my customers posted a recommedation on "" I was very proud that she commented on my enthusiasm, my commucation and motivation, and her results after working with me.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I do continuing education as a requirement of my certification and my own motivation.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. My most recent project was to take on an 11 year old boy who is ADHD. I am his Life Coach. This summer I'm helping him to become a better math student. So I purchased the latest training program called "Brainetics" fo about $200.00. The project is work in progress.
