I blend functional strength training, movement, rehab/prehab and martial arts. Whatever one’s goals are, I find creative ways to engage clients in achieving their goals. Training is offered online, in person or programming only options. To complement the fitness training, I offer Nutrition Coaching to help clients develop a lifelong positive relationship with food and achieve specific body goals. Whether it’s increasing lean mass, improve performance, lowering body fat or increasing energy, I work with clients on an individualized basis. Certifications include National Academy of Sports Medicine CPT and Precision Nutrition PN1.

Alina is amazing. She provides the perfect amount of push and understanding - helping you to be your best without giving up. Her workouts are always varied; it's never the same ol' same ol' which gets boring so quickly! She creates a workout especially for you and your needs and desires. She is a great coach that keeps you motivated and is genuinely interested in helping you improve. I highly recommend Alina if you're looking for a trainer!

I really enjoyed training with Alina because she coached me through an effective work out and also rehabilitation excercises, fully understanding my past chronic pain issues and helping me prevent further injuries. I feel not only stronger, but more confident in my ability to progress to heavier weights and higher intensity workouts. Alina also motivated me to adopt intermittent fasting (IF), which has had a significant impact on my weight management and energy levels. Alina gave me helpful tips on how to start and sustain IF, which I've been doing now for almost 8 months. Overall, Alina has a very strong grasp of mobility, strength, endurance, nutrition and other foundational pieces that trainers need to provide a comprehensive service.
