In-person sessions at your outdoor location or open garage start at 185 for a single one hour session with no additional fee for partner training. Both Zoom sessions and in-person sessions at my outdoor location in south San Jose start at 135 for a single one hour session with no additional fee for partner training. Save up to 30% depending on how often we meet. 30 min, 45 min, 75 min, and 90 minute sessions are also available. Looking to improve nutrition and exercise on your own time? Health Coaching and Performance Plans are available as remote services with much more flexibility in scheduling, and start at just 280/month.

My husband and I have been training with Jesse for the last two months. We are both in our 60s and had very limited exercising habit . Since the quarantine began , it took a toll on our physical and mental health. With the advice of our daughter , we started personal training with Jess. Jess has been great in so many ways . But most of all she made it less intimidating for us because of her gentile approach. She is patient when guiding and explaining the benefits of every exercise we do. She also agreed to setup the exercise session outdoors in nearby park which is convenient for us. Thank you Jess for all the help !

Personal Training

Jess came by our backyard for a socially distanced group workout on my husband's birthday. She was super professional, immediately likable, and everyone appeared to enjoy the variety and intensity. When the time is right, we expect to work with Jess on an ongoing basis, and we'd definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an at-home personal trainer!

When Jess first started working with my husband and me, I had injured my back from lifting weights. We are in our mid 70's and have had a great experience working with her. She makes sure we are not lifting improperly. She is very professional and her work quality is excellent. We work out under her supervision 3-4 days a week for 45 minutes per workout. We would highly recommend her. My daughter is a competitive cross fitter and says she is so glad Jess will be sure we do not get hurt.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Both health coaching and online personal training are priced monthly. Outdoor personal training and Online video chat training is priced by monthly package in which unused sessions rollover into the next month. Discounts apply depending on how often we meet each week. Signing up with a coach is a risk, and putting that money down not knowing if this will work for you can be tough. I get it. I look for a money back guarantee when I hire a coach for myself. I offer the same to you. This will be discussed within our initial sign-up consultation.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1. We will start with a complimentary consultation over the phone. Sign up at to schedule your free call. 2. During the call, we will outline a plan that works with your lifestyle, preferences, and availability to set you up for success. 3. I'll send over an electronic liability waiver for signature and 1-3 estimates. 4. Select the package you prefer, pay the invoice, and away we go! We'll be off to building the active lifestyle you desire. Note: The intensity of the workout, and how soon we pick up the intensity will be determined by your current exercise frequency and goals. Only on a rare occasion will the first couple of sessions be majorly sweat inducing. Everyone responds differently to exercise, so we will be paying close attention to recovery in the first sessions.
