Mo is the man! If you are looking to reach your fitness goals, do a couple sessions with Mo... you wont regret it. Personal progress from working with Mo for a couple weeks: Bench 185 -> 225 Squat 225 -> 285 Deadlift 265 -> 350 Pullups 15 -> 28 Pushups 35 -> 52 You WILL work hard, you WILL push your limits, and you WILL succeed. On a personal note, Mo is a great dude. Genuine, hilarious, and motivating (sometimes even philosophical). I thoroughly enjoyed working with Mo and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals.
