Introduction: My services focus on providing results using a wide variety of workouts such as boxing, kickboxing, resistance training, speed, agility, quickness, functional training, strength and conditioning. Nutritional guide throughout the training cycle is also provided; for is one of the most important elements to achieve any fitness goal.
I also provide one on one training to individuals interesting in kickboxing, boxing, muay thai, mitt work, thai pad work.
Im certified in sports performance and corrective exercise.
I enjoy being a personal trainer because i get the chance to help other individuals achieve their fitness goals. As my clients start to become stronger and healthier individuals physically and mentally seeing the whole process unfold is very rewarding.
