Introduction: My services focus on providing results using a wide variety of workouts such as boxing, kickboxing, resistance training, speed, agility, quickness, functional training, strength and conditioning. Nutritional guide throughout the training cycle is also provided; for is one of the most important elements to achieve any fitness goal. I also provide one on one training to individuals interesting in kickboxing, boxing, muay thai, mitt work, thai pad work. Im certified in sports performance and corrective exercise. I enjoy being a personal trainer because i get the chance to help other individuals achieve their fitness goals. As my clients start to become stronger and healthier individuals physically and mentally seeing the whole process unfold is very rewarding.

Personal Trainer Martin Villanueva In 2013, I began an ambitious plan to lose weight and “get in shape.” I was in such poor condition that I had difficulty breathing when I walked. I hadn’t done any exercise at all for 40 years. I hated the idea of exercise, but I knew I had to do something for my health. I met Martin, and asked him to help me. He began with simple exercises at my level giving me encouragement to continue with both cardio and resistance. We progressed at a pace just challenging enough to keep me trying, but not too difficult to be discouraging. Martin is a good listener. He used a variety of exercises so I would not get bored. He helped me with fitness and with nutrition to reach my goals for a healthy lifestyle change. I lost 90 pounds and have kept it off for 4 years and still counting. Karen Rice

Martin is one of the finest trainers and he is very knowledgeable in his field. I have been working out with him for lat 2 years. I can work out even I have my slip disk in my neck, shoulder and foot problem. He does start a very low level where you are and bring you to your best. He design his circuits so well that you get full body work out, gain strength and loose weight. I lost 20 pounds in 2 moths. He doesn't(he could) focus on small goals but lifelong hobbits. lifestyle changes stays with us for long time. he is always on time, totally flexible, and quick to think on his feet to adapt the routine to my unfit body. I don't think i can workout with anyone else.

I have been working out with Martin for the past four month and can see changes to my body shape. He makes the session fun and also has me push the envelope little at a time.
