FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For in-person sessions, our pricing is structured to provide flexibility and value to my clients. We offer one-hour sessions, and I also have package deals available. The advantage of choosing a package is that the more sessions you purchase upfront, the greater the discount you'll receive. This not only helps you save on each session but also allows you to commit to your fitness journey with a cost-effective approach.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For both in-person and remote sessions, we follow a structured process when working with new clients. We begin with an initial consultation to discuss your fitness goals, preferences, and specific needs. Next, we conduct a movement and physical assessment to identify key areas for improvement. Based on this information, we design a personalized training program and conduct regular progress evaluations to ensure consistent results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, which serves as a strong foundation for my work as a personal trainer. During my college years, I engaged in comprehensive studies that covered exercise physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, and the science behind fitness. In addition to my academic qualifications, I have experience in exercise programming, nutrition counseling, and injury prevention. I've also had the privilege of being coached, where I learned practical techniques, exercises, and nutritional strategies that I now apply in my work. Furthermore, my experience as a physical therapy technician provided me with valuable insights into working with clients who have injuries or specific rehabilitation needs, as well as with older adults seeking to improve their health.
