Like a lot of you, during quarantine I saw my activity and mood levels decline. It didn't sit well with me and I began dissecting physical fitness to understand how my body's movement influenced my everyday activities. Since then, I've become certified in personal training where I learned the basics of periodization programming. This is very critical for success. I've also be certified in pain free movement, a steady progression in fundamental movements/exercises to fit your needs. This progression coupled with a strategic periodization plan are my focus. These two factors I use to create specific programs for your needs. They take into account your personal background, fitness level, and goals! This is what movement is to me. I hope to set our aim at catalyzing a better future for you and many others! I’ve been a customer with Ra Fitness for a little more than 6 months now. Best personal trainer I’ve ever had! Jordan is incredibly professional. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and patient and far from a drill master. Our sessions are impactful, productive, and challenging. I’ve seen a total transformation in my body composition and my fitness. I train for competition, and Jordan wrote me an individualized program that supplements my sport practices. I had a competition recently, and we kicked butt! I highly recommend him as a trainer and a coach.

Jordan created a workout program to fit my own needs and after just 2 weeks, sciatica I had been suffering from for 9 weeks, was gone! After another 4 weeks I started to notice significant muscle tone in my arms, back and legs which kept improving over time. I feel so much stronger and more confident than ever and truly, hiring Jordan was the best decision and investment I’ve ever made for myself!

I found RA fitness after a negative experience with a personal trainer at the gym. As someone who was completely new to fitness I had no idea where to start and wanted guidance. Jordan genuinely cares about his clients and wants to see them improve and learn both physically and mentally. He always encourages self learning and provides you with the knowledge you need to form your own opinions. He greatly improved my body awareness so I can more easily correct my form when on my own. He personalizes and changes each workout to how you are feeling that day(if you are sore or stiff somewhere), not just following pre-written plans. You can see his genuine enthusiasm for fitness as he is always learning and studying. My results are not just physical but also mental. I have learned so much about fitness, nutrition, and building healthy lifelong habits.
