Dan is an excellent trainer & really takes into account of what you need. He loves what he does & shares his passion for fitness with you in the workouts. I recommend him for anyone & everyone who's looking for an excellent workout experience. He looks at all aspects of fitness & will help you with nutrition as well as exercise. I saw immediate results after 2 weeks and it was overall an awesome experience, I was only disappointed that I couldn't work with him longer.

I've only had my initial meeting with Dan Peterson. Dan is personable, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. The gym is well laid out, well-equipped and clean. We've already set up a schedule and agreed on terms. I look forward to starting my training with Dan. Pics below don't include a photo of the front room where the treadmills, ellipticals, stairclimbers and rowing machine are located.

Dan is a very experienced trainer with great patience and good planning. He give me thorough assessment during the first session before the training really start, then to make detailed plan how to achieve my goal based on my body condition. He also give recommendation on nutrition based on my current daily diary, not just a general comment to eat protein. I look forward to completing my full session with Dan to see my achievement!

Dan Peterson has proven to be exactly what I was looking for in a trainer since I moved to the are. He understands the nuances of my neck injury and pushes me as far as I can go without causing any pain/discomfort. I have been working with him for over a month and plan to continue indefinitely. He knows his stuff and is fun to work worth.

Dan is committed to me and what I need to do. He is attentive to my goals, but keeps a pace that is sustainable. I am 52 and have never worked out before. Dan makes sure I do the exercises with correct form and he increases the intensity/pace/weight when I am ready but he pushes me too. I feel stronger and I can actually see a difference. I have been training with Dan for 5 months and plan to keep going. I live in Arizona and work in San Jose. It’s because of Dan that I work out 2 nights a week while traveling an exhausting schedule. He checks in on me when I am in Arizona and provides workout notes so I can keep at it.
