- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A discounted rate is only applied to your first time purchasing that package Session frequency is up to you. If you want to see me once a week but want extra workouts on our off days- that's included. If you want meal plan ideas, recipe ideas, want more diet resources, or any thing you can think of- if I can provide it, it will be include it in the price. I will hold you accountable. I won't sugar coat it, it will be a team effort to get to your goal. We will go at your pace and make it fit into your lifestyle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first session will be a consultation and workout. This will include an assessment to get base line movements and range of motion. Stuff like can you touch your toes, how many push ups can you do, what does your squat look like etc. Well go over frequency, goals, and how I can best help you get there. Each session will always include warm up, skill and positional work, workouts, stretching and mobility. For some, I'll give you homework at the end of each session anything ranging from - tracking how much water you're drinking, getting one more workout in this week, walking your dog etc
