FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is pretty straightforward overall. For in-person classes, I can come to you and I charge $70 for an hour lesson and $50 for a half hour lesson. First lesson is just $20. For zoom lessons, I charge $50/hour and $35/half hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start by making it engaging. To do this, I always try and teach a song on the first day. This helps inspire my students to practice at home because it become enjoyable. After this, we can get into more technical practice like reading music or understanding chords while still maintaining the inspiring atmosphere.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been playing the piano for 15 years, guitar for 10, and ukulele for 5. Most of this time has been with a classical teacher but over the past 5 years I branched out into jazz piano. I've been working with kids for 5 years now. Starting off teaching swim lessons, than moving into rock climbing coaching. I have a passion for helping people learn no matter the age.
