As someone who has had previous piano instruction, Ivan was able to quickly assess my level and proceed with a lesson plan that was tailored to my needs. He was patient when I didn't get something and I can see myself learning a lot from him in future lessons. Overall a great teacher and a fun experience thus far.

Ivan teaches my 7 year old piano weekly. He is patient and keeps the lessons fun which is important to help keep my sons focus. He is very knowledgable and great at communicating. He is more than what we hoped for in a piano teacher.

Ivan has accompanied me and played for multiple groups that I've been a part of and each time I've had the pleasure of playing with him, there was never a moment where I questioned/doubted his professionalism, demeanor, musicianship, or knowledge of music. I have also witnessed Ivan expertly instruct countless musicians in music theory, which has in turn enhanced their musicianship. I cannot give him a stronger recommendation as a musician, an instructor, a professional, and a person!

Music has always been a huge part of my life from an early age. I think even as a child I recognized the immense expressive and communicative power inherent in music. I couldn't be happier working with something I love so much!
