When the system continued to have intermittent breaker trips, he promptly returned, thoroughly re-evaluated the system, replaced the initial capacitor with a higher-quality Titan Pro capacitor at no additional charge, and topped off the refrigerant to ensure optimal performance. I appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and willingness to stand behind his work. He took the time to explain the issue, did not charge for the follow-up capacitor replacement, and made sure the system was operating properly before leaving. They are very knowledgeable with where to install and how to make sure there is enough coverage for each area. I have high ceiling in both of my living room and family room and the area is quite big. To make sure we get sufficient air, Reza was able to come up with the best solution for one bigger unit and a normal size unit.We are very happy with the new system and looking forward to see savings in our energy bill."See more

Cathy Nelson says, "OMG they were a lifesaver! After a power outage my old A/C would not come on in the middle of this heat wave were having. I went through thumbtack and received several notifications back of companies that wanted to help. Ozone was the first one. I was thrilled that they could fit me in at a 2 PM to 4 PM timeslot as I was having people over for dinner tonight and expected 92 weather. He got here he was very quick clean explained everything and reasonable. I was a little hesitant because I didnt see many reviews but its because theyre a newer company and they just havent got them yet and I figured Id take a chance. Boy am I glad I did. Theyre coming tomorrow to give me an estimate on two new heaters and two new air conditioners.. I was very happy with their service and you will be too if you find yourself in need you cant go wrong with these guys!5 star for sure!!"See more
