Coach Tristan is a great coach who cares for one’s improvement. He’s also very understanding and patient with beginners like myself.

Tristan worked with our two youngest children for three months. He was an incredible personal trainer and worked so well with our kids. Our children were motivated every session and Tristen kept them engaged and entertained. He related to my kids at their level and they were pushed physically and mentally by a coach they trusted.

Tristan was a wonderful coach to our 5 year old. When we started 1:1 coaching we immediately saw his technique improve quickly. We knew right away that having our son work with Tristan was well worth the investment.
Tristan was very patient, interactive and found ways to keep our son engaged.
He also was able to tailor the training well to match our son’s learning style and areas he needed to improve on. For example he’d find simple ways for our son to gain the muscle memory to improve his kicks, punches, and blocks as well as his reaction time. All while keeping the sessions fun.
You can tell he is genuinely focused and committed to coaching, and he knows from being a parent himself how to work well with small children.
He has extensive experience in Muay Thai and MMA that he transfers to his coaching, but he is also an encouraging coach, extremely communicative professional, and standup person.
We miss having him coach our little man.

Training with coach Tristan is one of best things we chose to do in last 2 years.
We have been taking muai thai training sessions from coach Tristan for almost 2 years. It worths every dollars. For my experience there is nothing better than be trained by a former MMA fighter!
In first couple of session, we were working on basic muai thai techniques - jab, cross, hook, push kick, round kick and how move around with fight stance. coach Tristan helped us to build a great foundation. Then we started to do combos and defending attacks. Finally we started to some light spar. Coach Tristan showed us how use everything we learnt into a fight.
These training sessions are fun and exhausted. After spending a whole day sitting in office, it feels so good to jump into a muai thai training session.

Coach Tristan is an amazing coach. Saw a noticeable improvement from the time my son started training 1 on 1 with him. He’s professional and extremely knowledgeable.
