- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to COVID-19, private lessons are now being offered online. VOICE 30 minutes: $25 45 minutes: $35 60 minutes: $40 PIANO 30 minutes: $20 45 minutes: $30 60 minutes: $35 CANCELLATION POLICY Please note that once you have booked an appointment, that time is reserved in my schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a fee of $10. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by email or text.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I take the time to find out what their struggles, goals, and plans are. I then take the client on a specific vocal exercise to see how their voice is sitting. After that, I prescribe specific vocal exercises that are curated for the student’s specific needs. We then apply those exercises into a song of their choice.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with beginner to intermediate vocalists, ranging from the ages of five to 30. I have also worked with children who have a challenge keeping focus and attention. I have worked with people who are wanting to learn how to sing for fun, and also with recording artists.
