I am a life coach and podcast host who is passionate about helping people understand that: - what they think affects how they feel - how they feel affects how they view the world - and this is how each person creates his or her reality When I say your thoughts create your reality, I am not talking about a mystical, nebulous process. I am simply communicating that for each of us, our thoughts create the emotional filters through which we the view the world. Over the past 20 years, I have assisted countless individuals along their paths. Through my coaching training I honed my listening skills and developed my natural intuitive abilities. I guide my clients towards identifying and altering detrimental thought processes and limiting beliefs that are holding them back. I help my clients find the keys to unlock their desires and begin creating the reality they want.
