FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Executing a successful livestream requires pre-planning, equipment set-up, and system testing. Sufficient time needs to be provided so that workarounds can be implemented for any problems encountered on-site. This means that even a single camera, one-hour livestream typically requires a full-day effort plus equipment and streaming costs. Multi-cam productions require more time and equipment, but will give a much more professional, polished result.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in any client relationship is a discovery call to determine exactly which services are needed to execute the livestream and better understand the setup at the event venue and the client expectations. Then we can provide an accurate quote for service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years experience in the data and telecommunications businesses, with the last ten years executing livestreams for both large enterprises and special events. Our team includes audio-video expertise with a focus on film and TV production.
