The work done by the Azores team was absolutely fantastic. From the first call and visit, I had a very good impression, but that was backed up by the execution of this job. Great Work! We wanted to get our son's shower redone as there was a mildew smell that clearly was deeper in the shower after repeated attempts to find it. Anibal came in immediately once I posted the job request and reviewed the job and provided a good price for job. And, this had to be done directly before New Years and he was able to fit it in. He sent me the final quote two days before Christmas which gave a us a couple days to find and purchase the tile. Day one, showed up on time with the demo crew. They prepared the workspace by putting up plastic to ensure the bed room was kept clean. The shower was down to the studs and the wood rot was found. They immediately showed me and it was not good. I had rotted studs, a big hole in my concrete foundation (from the original builders). Anibal said, "no way we can just tile over this, we will take care of it." Within about 2 hours, the studs were replaced, the concrete hole filled and the team was off to finishing the demo and cleaning up for the tile laying to start. The tiler was amazing as he was like an artist who asked for our opinion and he provided his opinion based on his vast experienced. He worked diligently with the highest quality one could expect. Every i dotted and t crossed. He worked independently and he showed up at 7:30 AM and finished around 5PM. He checked with us daily on scheduling to ensure coordination. He was meticulous and the end result was a very beautiful shower and floor. The job done was extremely professional, on time and the highest quality. It is not easy to find a reliable and fair tile company as I have struggled in the past with mixed results. I will definitely use Azores again and will happily recommend them to any one who needs tiling work done in their home. We trusted them so much that we left the house in order to continue our busy holiday schedule and they continued to work. If you want a fair price, excellent quality work and know that you are getting honesty and integrity from their recommendations, then Azores Tile will do that for you. Thanks so much to the Azores team.
