We had a crazy tight schedule—moving out on Saturday, cleaning, signing the contract with Davis Khuu, rent out our house, and leaving for a long trip in total a two weeks period of time. Davis was confident, professional, and guided us on how to prep the house. Remarkably, just 10 days after we moved out, he had already qualified and secured a tenant. My pricing is based on demand of the geo location of a specific area. There are no discounts, just pure relationship building for further assistance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I ask a few questions relating to their home. To better understand the project, I would like to know the dimensions and the structure that I am working on. Any additional information provided would help expedite the process much faster.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Home Inspector here in California. Along with that, I have years of hands on experience of handyman work to help me navigate through the process.
