- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to negotiate prices with my customers. Charging in average in this area is the best.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know them and we talk about their voice or piano learning goals. We either learn a new song or I sing or play a song for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a graduate of Conservatory, I have competency in music: piano, voice and guitar.
