Working with Angel in preparing for our 50th wedding anniversary was a pleasure. Since we were only serving wine, beer, sodas, water and had a margarita machine, we didn't need a full blown bartender but we needed someone with a pleasant personality and experience working with people. Carlos fit the bill. A server by trade he was dressed properly for the occasion, kept the bar organized and clean and handled all requests with a smile. We will definitely use Angel for our next event and recommend him to others with like needs.
