- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because no two events are exactly alike, our rates are based on the amount of services you require. We are very fluid, and could work within your budget. We will consult with you and provide options fitting for your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am active in the United States Bartender's Guild. I constantly apply the techniques of making food into making cocktails. I have built a carbonation machine, created barrel aged cocktails and infused spirits. I continue to attend conferences and seminars to learn about all varieties of spirits and to keep up with the trends of the bartending industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My love of food. I left the tech industry and focused on the bar industry, full-time for many years. When I am not bartending at private events, I am at one of the two restaurants where I work. If I am not at work, I am in my kitchen working on new techniques and recipes.
