Introduction: Hi my name is Meredith and I'm Certified Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master (Energy Healer). I'm passionate about helping my clients find a sense of calm, feel better in their bodies and meet their goals. Meredith was superb and very kind as a teacher! My Wife had been struggling to get back into Yoga since her pregnancy - Meredith really helped her identify the areas she need to work on and was very gentle and compassionate with her. Would highly recommend!

I would recommend Meredith as a yoga teacher 10/10. She adjusts each session to what you are looking for if you want to do active, somatic, Restorative or specific body parts. She’s the best!!!

I’ve had the most uplifting experiences with, Meredith. She’s a very gifted yoga instructor and energy healer. I’ve attended her group classes and have practiced privately with her as well. Both have been amazing. I get so much out of private sessions with her and I’m continually amazed at how precise and tailored her flow and technique are…even when I share with her just moments before a session what I’d like to work on, she’s able to customize in a way that very specifically targets where I’m feeling tension in my body. Meredith is truly skilled as a yoga instructor and she’s a true joy to be around. I’d highly recommend her to anyone at any skill level who is looking for an experienced, focused and caring teacher.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking about their goals, past injuries, what led them to want to practice and what they hope to get out of our sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've completed over 500 hours of Yoga teacher training. 300 of those hours were a focus in Yoga Therapy I completed level 1 and 2 of Gentle Somatic Yoga Training Reiki Level 1,2,3 and now I'm a Reiki Master I continue to learn and grow in my field so I can offer my clients many different tools
How did you get started doing this type of work?
What led me to this work was I dealt with anxiety and depression. I read that Yoga/Meditation can be so helpful. I started to feel a change within and I was able to ground myself and have a sense of peace. The physical benefits were an added value as well. When I saw what the practice did for me, I then had to share this with others. I left the world of Tech and dove completely into training then teaching. I haven't looked back since.
