- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quotation from different companies will be much different, effects by lead stager's experience, rigorization, type/condition of inventories and ect. We will give our best offer after site visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer can give property information for a price range, it will be helpful for research if we have the actual address. If it's not convenient, we would need: 1. Location Zip Code 2. Type of property and how many stories. If it's condo, please let us know if the condo in building or in community 3. Numbers of room (living room, family room, bedrooms, dining area, baths and kitchen no need to be counted) After we receive the information, we can provide a rough price range. If the range meets client's budget, we can have a site visit to confirm the quotation. If client approves the quotation, we will prepare a agreement for signature and schedule the staging date.
