With over 20 years in the hospitality industry we combine a passion for creating quality cocktails, helping you plan your wedding, providing knowledgeable waitstaff and outstanding customer service.
As a mixologist most recently I was the mastermind behind a beautiful cocktail menu made from scratch ingredients. I love to provide a customized experience. Every event I’ve done is unique in its own way. That’s why you should have cocktails inspired by “you” utilizing the local fresh ingredients the Central Coast has to offer. We will work together to customize cocktail names to bring the whole event together to wow your friends and family.
My wife Aubrey has been coordinating wedding’s for over 10 years. As a bride planning your wedding we want you to be a guest at your own wedding. We handle all the details from the day you decide to work with us until the last minute the day of your wedding. We are known as Mr. & Mrs. accountable. We show up early and stay late to everything we do. We understand some of the old school philosophies my grandfather taught me like work ethic, following through with what you say you’re going to do and just simply showing up on time. Our experience with Daring to Dream’s bartending service was unparalleled. Brian was so awesome to work with. We only talked with him a couple times before the wedding to confirm what we wanted our signature drinks to be and to determine a shopping list for alcohol that would be needed for the day. Brian helped us come up with drinks that we both loved – and all our guests did as well! We went with an Old Fashioned for my husband’s drink and a Raspberry Mojito for mine. He also offered to make menus though we ended up making them ourselves. He made the preparation process extremely easy; offered to connect us with a contact that could get us a discount on the alcohol we were purchasing. He gave us very clear instructions on what type of alcohol and supplies we needed to get, while he provided the garnishes needed for drinks. We ended up purchasing our cups online and our alcohol through Costco so it was very cost-effective, and we ended up with an abundance of alcohol. His service throughout the wedding was just perfect. He served my husband and I our signature drinks throughout the night, but also was an excellent host and server to all of our guests. We heard many wonderful comments about him and his service. It was truly a pleasure working with Brian before the wedding and during. He made delicious drinks that everyone LOVED, and it was lovely to have him (and his excellent customer service) as a part of our big day.

Brian and his sweet wife, Aubrey, bartended our wedding this past Saturday. I overlooked a small detail of bringing produce for the garnishes for our cocktails. BIG OOPS ON MY PART. Brian took care of this. I had zero clue about my mistake until my sister told me at 8 o’clock at night ! My husband and I could not be happier with the services provided by Daring to Dream Events. I had multiple guests complement me on the cocktails as well. You can’t beat having a knowledgeable, professional, and friendly bartender at your event. 11/10 recommend!! I don’t even know where to start!
From our very first phone call Aubrey and I hit it off immediately. I knew right away she was the one we needed for our wedding to run smooth and so we could feel like guests rather than hosts. Brian was a rockstar too. I forgot a few things the day of and he ran here and there for us without wasting a single second and with a huge smile on his face. From helping plan, to contacting all vendors, to making a perfect timeline exactly how we wanted; we truly had the most incredible day and it wouldn’t have been as amazing without these two wonderful human beings.
