Chef catered an offsite highschool reunion dinner. He delivered equipment, food and staff to a winery location. He was well prepared and his staff was cordial and moved about the room unobtrusively. Now, the food - the variety was unbelievable - yes, he did it ALL well. There was something for everyone from the most "robust" of appetites to the most finicky.
He worked within my time frame and budget, asking me for my preferences and then making recommendations to best suit the venue and quantity of people. I would definitely call upon Chef again for my next event.

I had the pleasure of hiring chef to cater my husband’s 40th Birthday weekend in Pismo Beach. He provided excellent service at a great price. He setup a continental breakfast on Saturday morning, he was there at the agreed upon time and everything was fresh and tasty. He came back later in the afternoon and prepared a delicious grilled feast. Sunday he prepared a scrumptious brunch, and fixed eggs made to order. We had more than enough food for all of our guests, plus leftovers. Our friends are still raving about the good food he served.
