Lindsay is a great trainer! She is personable and friendly. She knowledgeable and motivating as a trainer and person in her expertise in both working out and diet. I have always take classes there and always felt welcomed! The other trainers were friendly, made sure you understood the exercises and took the time to check on you throughout the class.
