I hardly know where to begin. Andrea is absolutely amazing! The food was absolutely amazing! Everyone loved it it was so delicious. Actually delicious is an understatement. Andrea is a delight to work with. He knows food and people. He's accommodating, nice with a loving heart and genuine. He has a heart to serve and please people. Chef Andrea was simply superb. We had met with him personally and realized that he had a ton of experience and his cooking style was what we preferred.... He made a prime rib dinner for 22 people on Christmas Eve and it was excellent.... perfectly seasoned with tasty side dishes of sweet potato, regular potato, asparagus and broccoli... He also cooked the best eggplant parmigiana dish and for dessert he finished with his famous apple crumb pie.... He also gave us a bottle of home made limoncello.... My guests were all very impressed..We will not hesitate to hire him again.
