I am very happy with Pedro's work. He showed up at the exact time he said he would, and he worked efficiently to install new gutters for my home. He also cleaned the gutters for another home of mine, and was kind enough to trim tree branches that were causing a mess in those gutters --- that goes to show you that he cares about the services he provides and goes above and beyond expectations. He was sure to not leave any debris behind on both jobs and was very polite and respectful. He also has experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, and general handyman work. I will definitely hire him again!

I can’t begin to tell you what a great job Pedro did painting the exterior of our home. It needed quite a bit of prep work and his attention to detail was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and was extremely neat. He knows what he’s doing that’s for sure...I will definitely hire him again soon for more painting and other jobs as they come up. Such a pleasure to work with as well. Thank you Pedro!

He replaced our gutters that had blown off in the storms. He said the rest were fine so didn't need replacing. In addition, I asked him to add drainage so the rainwater would move far from the house. The location is a very steep hill. From the back of the house he put in 4" pvc pipes, 20 feet long, down the hill. Since the pipes were white, he spray painted them green so they wouldn't stand out as much. We had him move the drains from the front of the house, underground and away from the house. He put in two pop up drains near the sidewalk. Very, very happy with the work. My mom was having problems with a sump pump located in a sub basement that kept stopping, probably because of the insulation breaking down and clogging up the mechanism. He was able to get it going again to clear out the water. Then he added chicken wire and a mesh fabric around it so it wouldn't get clogged so easily. Once the area is dry, he will return and remove all the broken down insulation so it will fix the problem for good. He's very kind and easy to talk to. His rates are very reasonable. We feel fortunate to have found him and plan to give him more work as the need arises.
