She worked on every details in the apartment during the cleaning, such as the inner cabinet and fan. The cleaning result was also very good, it even makes me think it is more than what is needed for an apartment move-out. Also, she is very easy to communicate with. She always checked with me first before working on some items to understand what the requirement was.

She did a very good job. She was not in rush and spend quite a long time for cleaning. There seemed to be some missing spots like some cabinet doors, which make sense given the size of the house for one person but she asked me if I want more cleaning before she left which was nice of her.

I asked for same-day cleaning services all around thumbtack and Lilian was the first to respond. I was in the process of moving out of my old apartment and needed it cleaned prior to move-out. Lilian, by herself, completely cleaned my 750sq ft 1-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment in 4.5 hours, including windows, oven, and fridge.

There was a bit of a language barrier, though, as she mostly speaks Portuguese, but she understands written english. This, however, was not an impediment to her getting the work done in a timely manner or understanding my requirements. I will definitely consider her for future cleaning needs.
