- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m very fair and flexible with prices💰. The house/apartment apparently has many bedrooms and bathrooms, but it has a small square meter, so it is worth negotiating the initial value.😄
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer’s need must always come first and be respected. In the first contact I try to understand this, so that we can have a good communication. 😀
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I really like to organize and keep my house clean and tidy🧺, it helps me with my work. I have experience gained in day-to-day practice with cleaning and organization. I also took some mini courses in personal organization and this helps me a lot in the organization of the house. It’s not my main demand, but I believe it gives a special touch to the work. I also exchange ideas 💡 with my professional friends to always keep up to date. It seems to be a simple activity, but it is complex because each client is different.
