Introduction: I’ve been a personal trainer for 9 years and have worked with lots of clients with injuries and building strength as well. I have got my degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Exercise Science at Cal State Monterey Bay in 2011 . I Started as an assist soccer coach and strength condition coach at Skyline community college for both Men’s and Women’s soccer program. I have also works at Fitness Director and manager of multiple gym. I program design for all types of population. I work on weight loss, muscle building, rehabilitation, athletes, cardio, and functional training. I became a trainer to change people lives for the better. Giving people a chance to live healthier or move better make me happy.

I'm a certified personal trainer working at a gym in Santa Clara. Willis is a very knowledgeable and experienced trainer. He took me through a fitness assessment testing my maximal strength and cardio-respiratory endurance as well as taking baseline measurements of my weight, body fat percentage (via bioelectrical impedance scale) and hip to waist ratio for indications of overall health. He's a great trainer and he's teaching me cues and proper technique to look for in every exercise so that I can teach myself. He prioritizes safety over weight, emphasizing that he will not increase resistance until the form is perfect. He checks in on your progress after he assigns you an exercise program and makes himself available if you have questions. Would highly recommend.

Probably the best person I have ever worked with. He is super professional at the same time he actually cares for you and wants you to achieve your goals. I’m in touch with him even after my sessions with him were over. I wanted to continue with him forever but unfortunately I had to move to a different location. I wish we have more such trainers like him around.

Working with Will has been a breath of fresh air and an absolute delight! He is an amazing trainer who has helped me through various challenges while making working out enjoyable. I found him towards the end of 2020 (just as things we slowly opening up again). Because we trained outdoors (Stanford), he was able to train me one on one, which is what really motivated me. I have had back and knee issues for a long, long time. Having worked with him for almost a year now, he has helped strengthen those areas and I can honestly say that my aches are a thing of the past; which at my age (close to 50) is extremely important. He is an excellent trainer and motivator. I brought in both my teen daughters to workout with me and he did a great job tailoring workouts for us and he always came prepared. He helped to condition my youngest daughter so she could readily dance on stage for 3+ hours straight without skipping a beat! My older daughter isn't a fan of excersing, but she enjoyed the Sunday workouts (before she went off to college). Overall, Will is a top notch trainer, motivating, and dedicated to his client's needs. I would recommend him to any friend who is looking for an experienced trainer!

I started working with Will this year with the goals of losing weight, getting stronger, and feeling more confident in myself. Will started me off with a full assessment, which allowed him to provide my exact dietary needs tailored to me, and assess my metabolism and measurements (at no cost btw). During our workouts, he teaches as he trains, and creates personalized workouts where I can see my progress week over week. In 3 short months, I hit my goal of losing 10 pounds and I’m noticeably stronger (with benchmarks that help me track). Will is so knowledgable, being a collegiate athlete and having so much experience in the field, that I trust him 100% to help guide my health and exercise goals, which is a big reason I chose to work with him and cancel my gym membership. What a year 2020 was. I, as in many gained the covid 20. At the beginning of 2021, I was at my heaviest and at a crossroads. I decided to take back my health.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    The price depends on how many times you like to workout and your fitness goals.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I normally take them through a full body assessment to check there VO2 max, flexibility, upper body, lower body and core strength. From there I find out what kind of program they will need.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have my bachelors degree in Kinesiology and my focus was exercise science. Also been a fitness manager and trainer for over 5 years .
