The price depends on how many times you like to workout and your fitness goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally take them through a full body assessment to check there VO2 max, flexibility, upper body, lower body and core strength. From there I find out what kind of program they will need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my bachelors degree in Kinesiology and my focus was exercise science. Also been a fitness manager and trainer for over 5 years .
