I've been working out with Yash for several months and she's helped me achieve my goal of gaining core strength to alleviate back pain from a recent injury. She collaborated with my physical therapist at Stanford and worked with me on my PT exercises as well as developed an exercise program to further aid my healing. My back is stronger than ever and I couldn't be happier with my progress. Yash is very clear in her directions when introducing a new exercise for me to try and always positive and upbeat. I was introduced to YashFitness about a year ago. I absolutely enjoy her training, I had very weak hips when I first started with her. We worked on strengthening and fixing my running technique. Now I am running injury free ! She is extremely caring and passionate about what she does. She really is focused on the client and their well being.

I trained with Yashvee mid-pandemic. She was very responsive to my inquiry and gave me all the information I needed before beginning. We were able to figure out a good workout plan for me and Yashvee always pushed me to go beyond what I thought I was capable of. Wonderful workouts and she listened to any concerns I had and watched closely to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly. Would 11/10 recommend.

    We start with a video or phone consultation where we get to know each other, you break down your fitness goals and we talk about what we need to do to help you achieve all your goals.
