The team showed up when they communicated they would (they hit traffic but let me know ahead of time). They were very thorough in cleaning my sofas, chairs, carpet, and rug and mindful of my home. They left everything as they found and cleaned up completely behind themselves. They were a pleasure to work with and I would absolutely work with them again.

Excellent service, best I have ever used for carpet and furniture. Knoll womb chairs they refurbished, they are now like new . I would recommend the service to anyone. I also believe if Knoll.com sees photos of my 15 year old Womb chairs they should link with this company.

Highly recommend! The carpet on our building's stairs hadn't been cleaned in over 10 years, and the team did a fantastic job. They communicated clearly, were upfront about pricing, arrived on time, and worked incredibly hard. They went over the carpet multiple times and removed an astonishing amount of dirt. Seeing the dirty water afterward was proof of how thorough they were. The stairs look dramatically better, and we're very happy with the results.
