- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are always free and very necessary. Each home and job is unique and evryone has different needs and desires. Square footage can help determine estimate averages but we aim to please and satisfy every customer based on their individual wishes. Please understand we may not offer the cheapest estimate everytime, but we would caution those interested in a service provider with the timeless addage that you often get what you pay for, so the cheapest may not always be the best. We at I dream of cleaning are confident in our abilities and consistency when it comes to customer satisfaction and we aspire to meet and surpass all of our customer/clients expectations. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To meet and greet all with a genuine smile, and to listen to all of our potential customers concerns and needs while offering our experience and knowlege so we are sure to understand and meet all of your cleaning expectations. We offer free detailed estimates and take our professional role very serious. Our satisfaction is in your satisfaction and we look to find a rapport that hopefully will turn into a lasting friendly business relationship. We will work with you in scheduling our services based on your needs and lifestyle. We take punctuality serious and aim to please in all your cleaning needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an accredited & certified housekeeper. I received my training from a previous cleaning company employer. I climbed the ladder in 2 years to become a trainer after my certification. I became a dependable go to employee who often saved and salvaged business clients when they were dissatisfied with the company in general or other housekeepers work, often convincing customers to stay with the company when they were considering discontinuing their service contracts. I enjoyed my role, however I always saw situations where the company could have or should have done better with internal proceedures and or customer service. So I decided to venture on my own and start my own small business, which has been very satisfying for me. it has given me purpose and I enjoy my work and helping others.
