The business was responsive. The quality of the work was good. My only gripe is how long it took. this was classified a a move out cleaning as i was movi g. My place wasempty and the appliances wwre brand new (no heavy cleaning needed).It took 4.5 hours to finish which seemed long to me. Two people were sen but i thibk one of them must've been in training as the other staff person was doing most of the work and goving instruction to the other, whch seemed to drag things along. Given that the rate is hourly after the first 2 hours, the situation isnt ideal fortbe customer. Overall the staff did a good job of cleaning.

Highly recommend Novaluxe Cleaning Co. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left my home looking incredible. Everything was cleaned to perfection and they were very respectful and professional throughout the entire process. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work.
