- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sparrow is licensed and insured. We guarantee our work. If you're not satisfied, we're not satisfied. Our pricing structure includes minimums, basic service pricing and discounted package pricing for multiple services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are not focused on the quantity of clients we amass. The ideal client for us receives consistent recurring services albeit daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly. We understand that no two clients are the same. Therefore, we create tailored service programs per client. We like to understand what their one-off and recurring needs are and aim to fulfill them with our array of our continued services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Founded by a team with 20+ years of experience operating world-famous hotels and restaurants throughout New York City and Los Angeles, we've spent a lot of time providing customer services as well as being "the client" contracting vendor services. We have been providing Private Estate Management Services since our company's launch in October of 2019.
