I trained to Chris for only 2 months and i saw assume results. I learned a lot of new techniques, and i have been working out for years, but injuries limited my normal route. He is clearly very knowledgeable about fitness and training He was very focused on me reaching my goals, without being intensely scary about it. He keep every work out new and different, and he watched every rep, which impressed me. Bonus... he has a great sense of humor, so workout were fun while being challenging. I have recommended him several times, and i can't wait to work out with him again now that i am back in the bay area.

I started training with Obi about 6 months ago and see him twice a week for training. Obi is personable and fun to work with. He challenges you with every session and continuously motivates you to keep working. Time goes by quickly, and you will always feel like you're getting a great workout. Give it a try - you won't be sorry you did!

My son had an opportunity to be a part of the level of program and team. Coach Flitter did an excellent job of bringing in quality coaches to assist, and focusing on fundamentals that some kids today never get exposed to. The program truly improved my son's basketball skills and court IQ but even more importantly the program stresses teamwork, effort, responsibility and accountability on and off the court, and maybe most important he had a lot of fun.

“I first came to see Krystal while I was preparing to ride in an amateur horse race, which requires a lot of core, leg and arm strength. Up until that point, I had been a total couch potato, so was horrified about the prospect of showing myself up in a gym. I needn’t have been. Krystal is incredibly understanding and reassuring. Not that he went easy on me – after just three sessions, I was amazed to see and feel a difference! Now, I see Krystal for an hour once a fortnight to work on general toning and fitness. The sessions are fun, varied and full of ideas for work-outs I can practice in my own time too. One year on from my first session, my energy levels are up, my waist size is down and I feel stronger and healthier than ever before”

About

Having coached middle school-level basketball for a high ranking private school, St. Johns Lutheran, as well as a division one point guard, I value the fundamentals and can focus on specific aspects of the game. I teach long-range (three points) accuracy, proper form, and execution of a jump shot, dribbling drills, endurance conditioning, full-court drills, transition offense, and court vision, as well as an in-depth breakdown of free-throw technique. I take pride in the progression of each student I work with, even if that student is just looking to fit into the social aspect of sports and fitness or just wants to learn the Stephen Curry transition three-point pull-up jumper. I enjoy and work hard to teach my students to the best of my ability.

About

Hello All, My Name is Sierra Chambers. I’m a former Div.1 College athlete from Saint Mary’s College of CA via Centennial HS in Las Vegas, NV where I grew up. I have played basketball since I was age 4, and competitively since age 10 with school teams, rec teams, and AAU club teams. I love the game of basketball and how far and successful my career as a student athlete was. I received a full ride scholarship to SMC in 2005 and I played 4 years of Varsity in HS and helped win 4 consecutive Nevada AAAA State Championships (1 State Championship in Track&Field, 5 Total ) at Centennial. I have always been a competitor who loved the sport of basketball and enjoyed the overall experience I gained as a student athlete playing a team sport. Those skills not only helped me in the classroom but in life. Knee injuries ended my career as a player early, but I have always loved the game and appreciated teaching and coaching the game even more. It’s for this reason I wanted to start developing up-and-coming student athletes who are either just getting started, going out for a team, or are looking to improve their skills and get to the next level. I have been lucky enough to have been coached by some very amazing people and I’m ready and willing to share my own personal knowledge and experience of the game with your child. My college Bio is below as well as multiple links (ask for links, will not allow me to post them here) from my high school and college career. Feel free to shoot me an email or phone call with questions. (email above, Text or Call (number below)) I’m looking to prepare young athletes as young as elementary school on up to the Varsity level. Let me help you improve your child’s skills with some one-on-one coaching.
