- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We know the industry inside and out, the do's and don'ts, how to help save the customer every penny possible. Not by cutting corners, but by being efficient and innovative in ways to responsibly Upcycle, recycle and donate. It's a win win for everybody!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always make sure every customer is aware of how our rates work before we ever even show up on site so if you're hiring us for something such as moving, delivery, assembly/disassembly, packing/unpacking, organizing or anything where there is a potential base price included we will always make sure to ask the necessary questions to make sure you are 100% informed of that beforehand so there will be no hidden fees and no surprises on site like with so many other companies.. Base prices are typically between $49 and $129 depending on the number of guys you need, the number of estimated hours and the mileage if applicable. We are definitely always willing to work with people where we can! Don't ever hesitate to ask if there are any specials or discounts or sometimes even alternative options! We want you as our customer and there isn't much we won't do to make that happen, and even less we won't do to keep you!!!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Before starting my own company, for a span of about five years I worked at a couple larger companies in the same field where I was able to get the experience and expertise needed to go out on my own. I took that five years experience and was able to turn it into a five-star company!!
