After a 6 year stint at a Marin retail nursery I started this business as a way to pay for my college expenses (geology, horticulture). By by graduation I knew that this was my path and some 35 years later, a business that has always included a sustainable approach to design and construction still thrives. Combined with 25 years as a retail Garden center owner and another 10 in wholesale ornamental plant production I can offer a level of value and quality that only exists through true craftsmanship and care.
