I was very pleased with all of the results I got with Madison. She and her wonderful team were all very professional, high work quality and very prompt! Madison and her team helped me pull all my kitchen items from storage out of my garage, sort through everything, reset selfing to fit all my items perfectly. We also tackled my garage. Xavier is the best personal trainer for many reasons - knowledgeable, caring, and lots of experience making people healthier and fit. We had one set of 10 sessions - and then I signed up for the second round! Xavier was able to come up with an approach that worked for me --- especially helpful because I am a "beginner" in terms of formal gym workouts, have tried a couple trainers before, and was skeptical I could find someone who would actually make me feel comfortable and make sure I had a good foundation. Xavier is literally the best - and I always looked forward to seeing him because he also became a friend!

I first met Ryan when I joined Weight Warriors, a program thats offered at Sacramento States gym, its similar to the Biggest Loser completion. Ryan was the coach for our team. At the time, I was in graduate school and had recently gotten engaged. After looking through our engagement photos, feelings of shame and frustration set in.
