I look for : Quality, Professionalism and skills
Silvio displayed all three.
He reached before time both days even though he is traveling 1+ hour. He has all the tools for porcelain tile setting and he worked hard to complete the job in reasonable price.
He also asked for right material (backer tile) when he was not convinced about the right thing to do.
Thanks to him, my bathroom backsplash looks amazing
