Introduction: I am a weight loss coach who has coached clients through losing weight of up to 130 lbs.
I work with clients to develop their own personal wellness vision, motivation and an easy-to-follow, step-by-step plan that will enable them to reach their goals.

I work with clients on the phone and in person. Coaching can include telephone weight loss coaching, personal training, nutritional counseling or any combination of the three.
