Introduction
I provide in-home nutrition consultations to improve eating habits and health as well as yoga lessons which give everybody an opportunity to learn respect for their own body.
Classes will be focusing on teaching the different yoga poses to increase flexibility, strength and balance. Also, students will be learning breathing techniques to foster a mental peace and better concentration.
