By using this guide, we ensure that our customers are getting the best possible repair price for their dollar.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can help by giving the unit a full diagnostic check to see if your appliance is worth the repair. We have been in business for many years and it is in our best interest to provide you the information needed for you to make the best decision.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Our goal is to provide you with exceptional service from start to finish! We offer flat-rate pricing on all of our repair services, which means that you pay by the job, not by the hour. Even if the service takes longer than expected, you will never be charged an overtime fee. We provide a price quote upfront, before service begins, so you won't be stuck with any hidden fees.
