I hired Kevin and Heritage Catering for my 20 guest, wedding rehearsal dinner and it was the best food I’ve ever had. His crew set up the tables, decorated, and worked with the plates/silverware provided by the Airbnb and somehow managed to make everything feel so high end. All of my guests were extremely impressed (including my future father in law ). I had spoke to a few other caterers but Kevin was the only chef I spoke to directly. The other quotes came from sales people and I told him how important that was for me in making my decision. If you’re in need of a caterer and are considering Heritage, do yourself a favor and hire them. Thank you so much for making a stressful event one of the most amazing experiences of my life

First time working with a personal chef for a smallish birthday dinner party. The proposal and menu planning process was easy. The Heritage Catering team (Preston, Harrison and Jim) were great. The food was delicious and service was excellent. The team accommodated special menu requests from guests without interruption (greatly appreciated). Would definitely recommend to friends and neighbors. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Working with Kevin was a great experience. He was fantastic to work with, even when I wanted to make some eclectic changes to the menu to better suit my tastes/hopes/dreams for the dinner I was planning. He created a wonderful culinary journey for 17 guests, and the food turned out phenomenal. Easily the best hanger steak I've ever had (although it might be the best steak I've ever had period). Kevin and his team definitely made me look good in front of all of my guests. I couldn't recommend someone more.

This was our first time hiring a personal chef and we wanted to make our friend feel special for her birthday. Kevin made the process super easy and everything was very clearly explained. We got to build the menu together to make sure any dietary restrictions were followed. The day of the event Preston arrived and was a joy to have. From the planning stages all the way through the final course, everything was flawless. Kevin is professional, accommodating, genuine, and incredibly detail‑oriented. He even took the time to teach my son how to torch crème brûlée, which made the night unforgettable.
