Working with Kevin was a great experience. He was fantastic to work with, even when I wanted to make some eclectic changes to the menu to better suit my tastes/hopes/dreams for the dinner I was planning. He created a wonderful culinary journey for 17 guests, and the food turned out phenomenal. Easily the best hanger steak I've ever had (although it might be the best steak I've ever had period). Kevin and his team definitely made me look good in front of all of my guests. I couldn't recommend someone more.

Chef Kevin and his team prepared 2 dinners and a breakfast for our family while we were vacationing in Del Mar. Everything was delicious. The chefs were very professional with excellent communication. Very easy to work with for memorable meals without the hassle of going out. Highly recommend!

We hired Kevin and his team for a birthday cocktail party. Kevin was very responsive and collaborative as we worked together on a menu for both tray pass and stationary appetizers. The event was a huge success with all my guests raving about the food and service. Special mention to servers Michelle and Irma who were so attentive to my guests and made them feel so welcome. At the end of the evening, my leftovers were put away and my kitchen left immaculate. I would highly recommend Heritage Catering to anyone.
