- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge $50 an hour. Depending on why it's taking a long time if it's because of installation of software then I don't have a the clock running. If it is actual time consuming work that I am doing then the clock is running.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to diagnose the problem as soon as possible because that determines the approximate cost of the service as well as the amount of time needed to fix the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, it's hard to stay on top in this industry because it's constantly changing. I read about lots of different things from many different sources.
