Molding or baseboards,
Phillip was awesome. I had various items that needed to be taken care of and he handled everything without any issues. He gave his expert advice on things, and very honest about costs. I will definitely recommend Phillip to anyone that needs a handyman, and will use him for the future.Oct 7, 2019Verified

Thank you very much and it was a pleasure and appreciated working for you.
Phillip helped me to do the cement on the drive way. His quote is $1200 cheaper than the other constructor that I asked. My daughter crack our wall mirror. Phillip took time to practice drilling before working on the mirror. He helped to stop the crack go further and saving us $1000 in replacing a new one. I really appreciated his thoughtful and his work ethic. I would highly recommend him if you needed a handyman.Jan 6, 2019To Do List Handyman's reply
Thank you for all you done to work with my schedule
Phillip was very pleasant to communicate with and he was aware of my needs and requests for several small repairs related to toilets and sinks. He arrived and diagnosed the problems with the toilets and also fixed my sink issues. He was thoughtful and very fair. I still have to buy some parts for my toilet but Phillip diagnosed the problem which was crucial. I appreciate his pleasant and fair disposition.Nov 16, 2019Verified
he did a bad work with handle of comode and did not correct it properly and left without giving us a test. ,he got the full money which he wanted and when we called him to check the problem which he did not correct, he even did not answer, I will not recommend this person to any bodyOct 18, 2019VerifiedTo Do List Handyman's reply
well I didnt answer because I was working and I dont find it fair to the person paying me to answer my phone let alone really have on me. but apparently you weren't patient enough to let me return the call. and your wife was there when your broken handle was replaced and your bathroom sink leak was fixed. even though she kept asking me every 5 minutes if I was done. I dont think she needs to be rushing people. and after those fixes I was there for 3 more hours prepping and painting your mail box. so why wasnt anything said within the 3 hours I was there. doesnt make sense. have a good day
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? That I try to be fair and within their budget. I want us to both be happy with the pricing. And your guaranteed to get hard work out of me and if there is ever a issue a guarantee I will come fix that. But I wanna get it done right then1st time. But you get a honest man just trying to make a honest living and develop a professional relationship with you for future needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?just making things comfortable and wanting to know what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Worked in construction for years and doing the at home stuff along with just being good with my hands and a vision and a quick mind to solve issues on the spot at times.
