Introduction: Haris is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton. With the knowledge he’s accumulated and the experience he’s had training clients, clients will receive thorough coaching and attainable knowledge that will make people become the most confident version of themselves. He specializes in body recompositioning, powerlifting movements, and overall cardiovascular conditioning by incorporating dynamic movements that will help build muscle and lose fat while strengthening the overall body. Haris has transformed bodies and minds by creating tailored-made programs to fit each client’s personalized needs. When he’s not training, Haris likes to go on hikes, spend time with family, and expand his knowledge on corrective exercise and rehabilitation.

Haris definitely knows what he’s doing!! When I first started personal training with him, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing in the gym, and I couldn’t even do 10 standing squats without being in pain and being out of breath. Haris definitely gave me the confidence I needed and now I can even squat on a squat rack. He has a lot of knowledge in exercise science and how the body works. He always throws in extra exercises that I think would fall under the physical therapy bucket to help strengthen little tiny muscles that you don’t even realize you have. Also, he is very much into holistic health, and outside of writing exercise programs, he has the best recommendations for supplements and protein that we all need to truly be successful in the gym. Definitely ask him about it!! Lastly, he is hungry for knowledge so you know that he is always up-to-date with the latest information. Definitely would recommend him!

Customized a program with Haris that I felt comfortable about. Through the program, I have gained more muscle mass than I can imagine in a span of 6 months. Haris and I work very well to workout together and focus on technique and form while lifting. Our weightlifting session also consist of any strength imbalances in my body while I lift. Haris is willing to change the program based on the weights or equipment at gyms outside of Built Different. We will have discussions based on substitute exercises, general strength training, goals, diets, and tips on working out.
